PCMAX.US PC Mightymax Purchased thinking it was microsoft. Paid 39.95. Did not download or open. Asked for a refund but with no response. E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401 INDIANA

While searching for a solution to a PC internet problem looking for a microsoft solution the PCMightyMax site came up claiming that there were a number of errors on my computer and that this program could solve the issues.  I mistakenly thouight that this program was connected with microsoft and purchased it for 39.95.  The program failed to open so after checking this out further I discovered that there were problems with this program.  Therefore I did not open it nor did it download into my computer, fortunately.  However, the compnay, pcmax.us has failed to respond to my emails and the phone number just directs you back to the email address.  In my opinion this company has shown itself to be a ripoff and I would strongly suggest that it be avoided.
