PCone - PC One Club Customer service ripoff, fraudulant debit to accounts, no such credit card, scam! Florida

I got a phone call from a "PCone Club" Rep. about a Credit Card with the limit of $5000.00 to help rebuild my bad credit. He even said it seemed like an act of God and to remember this day that he had called me. I was suprised and acted on it with the quickness. All in question, but my hopes remaind high.

Despite what family and friends said about it. How it sounded like a scam I still did it. I was debited $369.00 on October 28th 2005. I called to verify my order went threw. They said it could take up to 2 weeks before the bank (and this is what really struck my question) would send them a confirmation number that the funds cleared.

Even though I could see it on my online bank account and all. I went along with it. 2 weeks had passed with me calling "PCone club" or CCR Customer Service rather at that 1-866 number. They said the bank had never sent them the number, but since it had been 2 weeks I could go ahead and just fax them a copy of my bank statement. In which case I did, and they said it would take 24 hours to update my file in the computer system. and up to 21 days to recieve my package from PCOne.

I call CCR back after 2 days from the fax; just to make sure. They said the fax I sent them was illegitimate that they needed a copy showing the funds in the bank before the debit, and the funds deducted after the debit? At that point I came here to do some research.. Wish I would have done this from the start.

Would have saved me all the hassle. My bank (Bank of America) is crediting me back the 369 and going after these crocks with the fullest extent of the law. And when I asked where they were located he said Canada but in the first place they told me Florida so who knows?
