Pcpools - Fasco Pool Products Division ripoff dishonest, obscure fraudulent advertisement, embellishing the performance Chico California

Fasco/pc pools advertises their product,(in-ground pool solar heating systems) as the Sunsational solar heating system. They claim the solar panels that they offer will give you benefits that include: Over 80,000 BTUs of heat a day, a heater for your pool-Raises pool water temperature up to 10 degrees. Better than a gas heater: no gas line, no gas bills and no pollution. Can also cool your pool, just run nightly during the summer. Works with "any" pool pump. Installs "easily in less then
30 minutes" [It took my son and I all day].

Ten Year Warranty. You get the warranty when the so called solar panels are delivered. After all the captivating advertisement about the benefits of their product you get junk!

That's the best word I can come up with for their solar panels--"JUNK".

I live in South Florida, and have been running the so called heaters in which I bought two of them and connected them together as directed in the Fasco instruction book. I have been letting the pool pump run from 9am till 5:30pm, since December 2003 till the present date of Feb 20 2004 the pool has not ever reached over 76 degrees.Letter B of the Warranty states" NO Warranty Of The Performance Of The Solar Collectors And System: Fasco makes no warranty as to the performance of its solar collectors as to any particular temperature or level to which the water will be heated, since this depends upon the amount and intensity of sunlight and other variable factors which are impossible to predict and which cannot be controlled.
THIS is how it reads as per Fasco limited ten year warranty.

Don't buy from this Rip-Off company. The ambiguous advertising via the internet under pcpool.com is fraudulently embellished and down right trash and thats putting it mildly!
