PCRush We Ordered (10) We Recieved (5) Claim was started A MONTH AGO No Resolution Internet

I placed an order on 11-5-15 for (10) UniFi's via RAKUTEN website. The order was fulfilled by PCRUSH.

On 11-11-15 I contacted PCRUSH to inform them that I only received (5) of the (10) that I ordered. They responded by sending me a tracking number.

I had to explain and PROVE with pictures that while I did received the ONE package corresponding to the tracking number they sent the package only had (5) units in the package.

I sent a picture of the packing slip that showed (1) tracking number even though the packing slip stated (10) units shipped. I sent a picture of the box that clearly states only (5) units were in the box.

For a  month now I have tried to get resolution for the missing $350 worth of prouct.

The icing on the cake is that yesterday when we tried to install (1) of the (5) units we actually received - it was defective! So now, PCRUSH owes us $420 worth of WORKING product. 

The customer service I have received from PCRUSH has been atrocious and unprofessional. It would seem this company has no probelm ripping their customers off with half fulfilled orders and defective product.
