PCS INC USA LAW DEPT PCS INC USA FRAUD Dallas Texas

Some one by the name of Kevin Sparks called me from the legal dept of PCS stating that i had an outstanding loan out and that he wants to settle out if i pay 635. At first i was thinking of an old student loan that i had so i entertained the conversation. He then stated that he was going to email  an authorization form for me to sign and fax back. Upon investigating this form i realized something wasnt right so i then googled the number that he gave me. Come to find out there were several complaints of fraud about this company. I then called the police where they told me that there was nothing they could do if nothing was taking from my bank. I yi yi where ever they came from they need to go jump in a lake seriously. My best bet is that if someone calls you requesting money, advise them to take you to court.
