PCS Telecom Scam telecom is more like it Internet, Internet

I bought phone time to speak to a friend on January 29th who is an inmate at North Idaho Correctional Institute; now mind you, my friend is in jail for more than 6 months. His mother died while he was locked up and the mother of his child is keeping his child from him and sold all of his things. So, when he gets out of jail not only will he be homeless, family less, childless; he will also have not one thing to his name. With that in mind; my friend reached out to me so I have been writing him and putting money on my phone. He was transferred to North Idaho Institute from Ada County where the phone provider was switched to PCS Telecom. I spoke to my friend twice; he called me March 2nd we spoke for 4 minutes until the phone cut out, which cost $8!!! My friend called me again we spoke for 8 minutes, which cost $13!! I put $25 on my account and only got 2 phone calls! Such a rip off! These people deserve to be behind bars, they are criminals. For now on, I will send the money to my friend via money order; he'll get more phone time and money for food and writing material. In my opinion that's better money spent.
