PD Collection Agreed to take back their product, but refused to return my money. They stole 300 dollars from me. Internet

These guys are terrible.  It's been a full year now that I have been trying to get refund.  I originally ordered a medium leather jacket from them for 300 dollars.  They said it would take 3 weeks to get the jacket.  They kept delaying and delaying.  I eventually got the jacket 3 months later.

It didn't fit.  Several months later I was able get an exchange for a size large.  It still fit weird, so I asked for a refund.  They agreed and asked that I send the Large back.  After I sent them the jacket, they stopped responding to me completely.  They have stolen my money.

I've already tried filing reports with the BBB, the Division of Consumer Services, and the Attorney General of Florida.  They haven't been any help.
