We were "talked" in to a no-brainer of an explanation to have this company step in and be the team to reduce our debt by $2500 by reducing our interest rates etc. Within 30 days of PDM cashing in on our $990 we were offered an amazing interest rate from a reputable credit card company outside of PDM as well as a credit limit higher than what our "advisor" assigned to us could get for us.
Since we could never get through to PDM to discuss this we transferred our balance ourselves later hearing from our advisor this was an exceptional situation. He couldn't get us in a better situation. We of course had no choice but to accept the offer. We had done the work...not PDM.
We spent less than an hour on the phone with this company, that's a heck of a profit PDM! Now that it is obvious we would like to discuss a refund we have been hung up on, yelled at, belittled and treated completely unprofessionally. We still have not had anyone from the company stay on the phone and talk to us without hanging up...hmmmm! My lawyer is on this one especially after reading all of the testimonies posted...obviously this is a pattern.
