PDQ FREE SCORE Consumer Reports Credit Service Not sure how company got card information, tried contacting company but couldn't find any way to get through by telephone. Baca Raton, Florida

I noticed a charge in my joint checking account from my debit card in December 2012. After checking with my husband, he said he did not get a request from FREE SCORE for a Credit report. He had one in December 2012 in his personal checking account and he had cancelled it.

I didn't notice it in January 2013, there was no charge in February 2013. Then in March 2013 I noticed another charge. And started calling the number listed with the charge on my checking account, 877-834-2830.
After listening to all of the reasons to press 1, 2, 3 or 4, I decided to press one to see what services were offer. The message reported that the company name was "Consumer Credit Credit Service. It stated that the services offered were roadside assistance, computer assistance and credit assistance.
No one answered after the message ended, so I waited for 5 minutes. No one answered. I hung up.

I called again to push # 4 talk to a live person to cancel the membership. I waited and waited. No one answered. I hung up.

Then I looked up  PDQFREESCORE 877-834-2830 online and found the company and the agreement regarding services and other regulations. At the bottom of the page I tried to activate the "Contact Us". It would not be activated.

The first line that came up was "whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8778342830". Apparently this is a web page to complain about the lack of services at the number "877-834-2830. After reading ten complaints, I decided to go back and read the regulations to see if there was an web page address or mailing address or another phone number to reach this company.
 And then I posted this information on "whocallsme.com":

All disputes of any kind, including refund requests must be reported in writing to the Company no later than 60 days from the later of the date the disputed charge was posted to the Customer's account. Unless disputed within said 60-day period, all charges posted to the Customer's account are deemed to be correct and the Customer waives any claim after said 60-day period. You may cancel your membership at any time by written notification or by calling PDQ Free Score at (877) 834-2830. Membership dues are fully refundable for thirty (30) days following the initial enrollment unless otherwise contracted. All memberships shall automatically renew at the end of each membership term, unless the Company is notified in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the term.

What a crock...
