PE Labs Ripoff sent me uwanted product and billed me $149.95 Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I read another complaint about P.E.Labs, and I couldn't agree more with the lady from Texas. I also read the owner of the company's response to here complaint. I will say this, they do send you a long list of agreement disclosure's that practically no one would read in full, this is of course the fault of the consumer, but yet the way in which P.E. Labs conducts it's business, which is neither honest or truthfull. They are counting on people to not read the disclosures fully and there by they can stick you with a shipment of diet pills that do not work and nobody wants. In there mind, this is legal and good business practice, but I would submit to them, if your product is what you say it is, why don't you stand behind it and gurantee your product? That answer is simple, they know it isn't a good product and this is the only way they can sell it, by forcing people to accept something they do not want.

This is a shameful and dishonest method of doing business. Why don't they put their charge for future shipments in bold type and on the first page of their disclaimer, because they know that many people, including myself will not read the full disclaimer. Pretty pathetic way of doing business.
