I recently purchased a 19 inch tv dvd combo.. Received ups plugged in does not work .. This company could care less.. I called one day was on phone for over and hour the gal finally came back and said a replacemet was on the way... Well other day a lady who cannot speak english .. wont mention any nationality or anything.. She says im sorry we dont replace items received broken call company.. I call company they say go to distributer.. I call her back she says not her problem... The manufactor has to fix or replace.. I do not want a fixed one day old tv.. I paid for new I expect new.. Tomorrow i think i will call Ge bank maybe they dont know what this company is like seems like they get the money and dont give a dam about us the consumer...
BE VERY CAREFUL NO MATTER HOW DESPERETE YOU NEED CREDIT OR ITEM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....... CALL BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU

I had a positive experience with Peach Direct

I recently ordered a product from PeachDirect and would like to provide feedback. I was concerned after I ordered because of all the negative experiences listed on here. I found the customer service to be very polite, i emailed the customer service team who responded within 24 hours and have tracking numbers of the items ordered. I checked out the companies score at BBB.ORG and they are listed as a B Grade, which is good. Of course the prices are going to marked up, if you're purchasing from a company such as PeachDirect, you're going to pay more. That's the reality of having iffy credit. I knekw that going on board that i would have to pay mroe than retail, but the long term benefits are that i'm establishing my credit and i'm thankfull that they gave me a high credit line to do that. I hope that helps.
