Peak 5 / Centrix / Flatiron extremely rude and unprofessional Centennial Colorado

I just read alll the reports on this company and while i was not surprised I was glad to know that I was nopt a special case. Like most people I live paycheck to paycheck and they will not work with me. I know that I am responsible for my late payments, but yet i have always made my payments within two weeks of my due date. MOst companies have a 10 day grace period.

I have been called a liar and a b***h, told that i do not care about my family and that i should not be allowed to have kids if i cant afford to make a car payment . Not only is that completely uncalled for but it is not right or professional.

In january of 2007 I lost my father rather unexpectedly, but he was in a coma for 2 weeks before we had to take him off life support. My dad entered the hospital the day my payment was due, and silly me, i forgot to call in and make my payment. they called me the vwery next day on my cell (now mind you i did not leave my fathers side that 2 weeks). i explained the situation and they could care less. they told me life happens but they need my payment. after telling them off because i was obviously upset for multiple reasons i told themm i would get the payment top them when i could. they then proceeded to call my inlaws, and tell them my payment history, and called my work without mentioning that they were a collector and someone told them i was at the hospital with my father. they asked which hospital and and looked up the number and called me AT THE HOSPITAL every day for 2 weeks.

Needless to say I hate this company . I do not know where a company can find so many uncaring, rude, insensitive idiots.
