I just found out that I am no longer with Peak 5, now with SST....They told me not to contact Peak 5 any longer...Peak 5 never let me know that I was being transferred and why....account is current.....Peak 5 and trying to deal with them gets me frustrated...they yell, talk down, just plain rude...Never can change my due date, only allowed one date change with Peak 5, now with SST, they did take a payment out when I said to, it took a few days...Peak 5 always said I would have a balloon payment at the end of my loan of over $4,000...yeah right...only deferred a few times, account was current...I may not pay on the due date, but it gets paid before the 30 day period ends...Since I have only 1 call with SST, really cant complaing about them, but Peak 5, they were just horrible people.....
