I requested the free sample that I was to only pay shipping and handling for.  I set a reminder to call on a certain date to cancel whatever it was I signed up for.  When I called, they told me that my order had already been fulfilled and I would have to wait until I received the product, send it back, then they would refund my money.  I told the girl I spoke with that I wanted my money refunded now because I called in time AND the product does not work! She then preceded to place me on hold, but never returned.  The only reason I didn't escalate the situation is because I am at work.  I do plan on calling them back on my lunch break.
