Peak5 (Flatiron Fin.,Centrix) Harassment isnt the word for it.. Centennial Colorado

I have had a car loan through this company for 5 years now and no hopes for a payoff any time soon. The interest alone, is overwhelming. Peak5, or whatever name they're going by at this point, has harassed me to the point to were I dont even answer my home telephone when I see an unknown or 1-800 number. They have changed my due date so many times, I cant keep up with them, and always telling me that interest is compiling on my loan.

I have asked them how much I still owe on my car, and they're response is that they will not give me that information without a payment.(??) Well, my payment wasnt due at that time! (??) Alas!, once again, I find out my due date has changed. (what the....)

I have been cursed at, threatened, and last year they told me that they did not receive 2 of my payments, that they later cashed right before the checks were to expire. Thank God that I had money in my checking account at the time to cover them. As for not getting my payment, well, they informed me that if I called the payment in, that this type of problem wouldnt occur. There is a hefty $10.00 fee they stick you with for that solution. When I asked them why they held on to my checks, after telling me they did not receive them, then cashed them right before they expired, they told me the dates on them were current. As if I didnt have the carbon copy in my check book.

As for the threatening, well, they have threatened to take my car, although I have only paid outside of the month due one time. I didnt fall for the 'if you pay this amount of money' thing. I decided to keep making a regular payment and make sure I park in the garage!

They start calling the first day of the month to let you know you have a car payment coming, then they call you after that to see when your going to make your next payment. I received calls almost 24/7 .
They call my place of employment continuously, although I have told them I will be fired if they call again. I have sent letters requesting them to stop the harassment, to which they say they have no record of. I have sent letters to them requesting that they stop changing my due date, due to interest they say they're tacking on to my loan.

You name it, I have experienced it with this company. I think I'll be paying off my car for a long time to come, but I really have no idea HOW long since they no longer send invoices, and wont tell me how much I still owe.
