Peak5, flatiornfinancial, centrix Financial 13,000 car ends up costing 30,000 intrest rate 18.9% Dallas Texas

I needed a car to get to work but had bad credit. I was told that centrix financial would finance me. They financed alright. my 2005 focus will wind up costing me 30,000 dollars, and I have two years of payments left. To make matters worse my husband got disabled and can no longer work. I am a store stocker part-time and these 482.00 a month payments are killing us. I asked them about a lower apr but was told that they can't control the intrest rates.

I have always paid my note on time but this month i was a week late, they had the nerve to call me and tell me that if i didn't post-date a check they would begin collection procedures against me. So please anyone reading this do not get taken by the company known as peak5, centix financial, or flatiorn financial.
