I ordered the sample and they fully charged my card and caused me to have an overdraft. They would not issue me a credit. The lady on the phone as me to hold and it took forever for her to come back. So i hung up and just called my bank to settle it. You guys have us fill out this form. Can't you just notify the FED's that these people are ripping consumers off? There needs to be a lawssuit. I don't see how this can help i already contacted my bank. So what is the real perpose here?
