PeakLife Very hard to cancel their automatic charges & shipments Aston Pennsylvania

Somnapure sleep aid is advertised online offering a 30-day sample for a $2.99 shipping fee. The advertising does not declare the ingredients of this supplement. Had this information been given I would not have ordered because it doesn't work for me: valerian, lemon balm, hops, chamomile and meonin. 

I read the information that I had 14 days from date of shipment to cancel the automatic future orders of this product at a charge of $69.99 for a 90-day supply to my credit card. The ad assures consumers that it's easy to cancel future orders.

It is not easy to cancel because the only method is by phone. There is no email and no fax given! I called 5 times today and had to wait numerous minuteson hold each time before I hung up, waited several hours, and tried again. What a waste of my time! Finally I got through the 6th time I called and was able to cancel future orders. Obviously this company doesn't want cancellations and makes it difficult to do this. They certainly don't want any feedback from a dissatisfied customer!

I urge others not to order this product nor do business with this company. Similar herbal products are readily available at local stores like Natural Grocer or Whole Foods. This company does not care about its customers and doesn't want to hear from you.
