I scheduled a Microsoft exam on nov 1, 2015, for dec 30, 2015. On Dec 15, I arrived 30 mins earlier at the training center, only to find a locked door in front of me. It's not that the exam room was closed, or that the exam admin was not there. THE WHOLE BUILDING WAS CLOSED.

I filed a complaint on the spot with Pearson. This is the confirmation the incident was created:

"Elvis: I've created your incident number#207568908 for your future
reference. Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days
(Excluding holidays)."

It's been not 3-5 business days, but more than a month and I have received no response from Pearson whatsoever.
I used the chat several times to ask what's happening with my incident. Nobody knows anything. At that time, I was told they couldn't contact the center yet. I called the "specialist service". A "manager" called Roy answered,
explaining he knows nothing, he's the manager, there's no one more competent to answer my question regarding the status of the incident.
I finally wrote an email, asking for the status. The same brick wall answered they cannot provide any information.
In the end, after more than a month, I haven't gotten my exam back, my certification has gone inactive, because it was a recertification exam, due dec 30.

Microsoft have been nice with me, telling me I will get my certification back as soon as I take the exam, regardless of the deadline, given the circumstances. However, paying again for an exam I have already paid for is simply a rippoff, and I refuse to pay again for it. I want my exam back.
