Pegasus funding LLC privacy violations ,rip off, slander overcharging New York New York

I borrowed 6000 dollars from Pegasus Funding LLC . I paid the company back in january 2014. The amount with interest was $16,963.63 in january of 2014.

I received a settlement of $20,000.00 , my attorney took his 1/3 6,666.66, costs $739.39, insurance reimbursement 588.32, chiropractor $528.84, my Lawyer negotiated with Pegasus and they agreed to reduce the amount to $11,482.79. I received nothing from the settelment and i was fine with that. 

After they got theri money , they refused to clear my name claiming that i have more insurance and that i owe them more money. i told them that if they believe that i got more money coming i need my check back and they will get money when i get that money, the reson for that is because there was a judgement against the driver who does not have a dime to give. i spoke to a guy named armando paz and he is not trying to fix my name instead he told me that the deal he made was because he did not know anything.

I was injured in another accident after the first one , so i decided to ask a company called legal fundig central for an advance, I got a call back and i was told that pegasus put and alert on my name and my address , sharing my imformation when they tell you not to share information. They are not supposed to do that and this is a privacy violation and they are hindering me from doing business with other companies. This is a network so everyone will treat you differently when something like that happens. 

I asked them for the money back then they would get paid they refused so i dont owe you. the contract is voided once they took my check and cashed but they want to make my life miserable and hurt my family. 

People Pegasus is a bad company , dont deal with them because they will use anything including violatiing US Laws in order to hurt you. They advertise a bunch of lies , they are there to help , they just want to take your money and leave you with nothing. I paid them back so after they want more money , their policies state that once the case is done you dont owe them , if you dont get money you owe nothing. They are violating my rights including my privacy when they take my information including my address and publish on  a network that is public. 

They have decide to put this on my credit also, this is illegal. beware of Pegasus Funding LLC and their risk assessment Armando Paz. I filed acomplaint with the CFPB and now the FTC took over the case to see what pattern is there. 

Armando Sent me and email claiming that i was getting further funding from the same case , this is why it is in ALFA. he said himself he did a lien reduction from the date of accident which is not true because i got the loan after , the accident occured in 2010 , i got loan in 2012. how can he use that date when i applied for money was in june 2012.his letter said that we reduce your lien by 5000 dollars but why my name is still in their system as seller and now i have a flase alert , which is illegal saying that i am a fraud. now no other comapny wants to deal with me. i have decided that i will sue Armando and the company called Pegasus funding LLC. If i could attached the emails and payments i would to show that everything i said is on point.
