I received unsolicited Mediumisticalytic spray which I sent back. marked unsolicited.
Since then I have received three bills and I have responded to two of them by writing on the bill that I sent the product back and would not be paying this bill.
I received the third bill informing me that I had agreed to pay $29.00 for the spray, which I didn't and now I have to pay $38.00 which includes $9.00 late fee and if not paid I would be sent to a collection agency and would incure further fees of at least $45.65. I have also been threatened that this will affect my credit rating.
As the statement says You are strongly advised to make this payment immediately . If we are forced to send another notice, it will be to inform you that this matter has been sent to collections.
