I like several others was emailed an offer to try a new weight loss product, Phentrazine 37.5 to lose weight fast, supposedly with no side effects, except the weight loss. There was No place in the "free trial" email or on the 'submit page' was there any information that they would automatically send you a "one-time recurring shipment" of this product within 2 weeks of receiving your free sample and charging your credit card $149.95 fee. Nor did it refer to any "chance to cancel this one-time recurring shipment" of product prior to your card being charged.

I received the free trial and did indeed try the product, but it seemed like it 'sped my heart rate up, like something a caffeine pill' would do. So I discontinued the trial product, threw it away, and thought nothing else of the product. But then 2 weeks later, I received a strange package in the mail from a "Pure Energy Labs" and unbeknownst to me discovered that it was this "one time recurring shipment". There was no contact email or phone # to call, so I couldn't figure out how to go about contacting whomever had sent this product to me until I received my credit card statement with the $149.95 charge.

Once that was received, I had a phone number to contact and traced it back to the email offer. Of course, the phone recording stated to go to the website to "submit a ticket request" to cancel the order. So, I did this and explained that I was unable to take this product due to it scared me for health reasons. The customer service person whom responded just kept closing my ticket and referring me back to the "refund policy and terms and conditions" pages without answering my questions on how to ensure that this program could be cancelled and to ensure that my card would not be charged anymore. She also finally replied that I could cancel but I'd be charged a $49.95 fee for cancellation and that I could no longer do this since my credit card had already been charged.

Needless to say I was very frustrated at this point, and after several back/forth emails from this CS Rep, she finally sent me a phone number to contact her at so that she could again explain that the charge could not be reversed even if I returned the unopened bottles of product. I was very disgusted at this point, and advised that I wanted to make sure that my card was not charged anymore and nothing else would be sent to me which she verified that nothing else would be billed or sent..that it was just a one-time recurring shipment.

I saw this website to report such Fraudulent companies and Rip-off artists, so I decided to at least submit my story along with the others who've been scammed by this company in hopes that others will not fall prey to this company as well. Like I said, with every other company that offers "free trial products" most of the companies will allow you to 'return unopened bottles of the products back to them for full refunds' but not this company, especially if this product caused you to suffer health conditions that migh be unsafe to people.
