I went to this store to pay my cell phone bill for boost moblie. There are two entrances that is connected to one building. One is the Boost mobile side  where you suppose to pay your boost account and where there are boost phone are sold and the other is the Pelican Commumincation side where they suppose to fix your phone .  I went in on the Boost side to pay my bill and when i entered no one was at the counter. When I walk up closer to the counter I seen a door open behind the counter that lead to the Pelican Commumincation side and saw and seen a lady sitting there eatting chicken.  I ask could i pay my bill and she look at me for few minutes and said 'she was on break' and told me that if i wanted to pay my bill i could walk outside and come in the other door. I really felt that was not fair that she was eatting food in front of customers and tell people to walk around to the other side just because she feel like getting up. So i ask could i speak to the Manager and I told her how i felt. She ask did I still want to pay my bill and i said yes and when i finish paying my bill I told her that i didnt think it was fair that i came in on the boost side and no one was at the counter and i had to look for help and seen the lady eatting food up front where everyone can see her and telling me to go outside and come in the other door to pay my bill. I told the manager that is not customer service and im not sure do she have any personal problems at home to treat me like this. When I said that the lady got up from eatting her food and said 'what that got to do with anything', thinking the Manager seen her reaction and was going to step in but instead she also attack me with words and said 'why would you say that i apologize but her homelife have nothing to do with anything'. I said well i just dont think it's fair if im walking in to pay my bill to be told that you on break and i must walk around to pay my bill. They both yelling at me that i should not say anything about personal life and the Manager said 'excuse me sir, but you have paid your bill so you can get the hell out my store we dont have time for drama'. So I left, I felt so disrespected my blood pressure went up. The Service here is hostile and I think this needs to be address as soon as possible. This is no way to treat people trying to pay their cell phone bill. Thank you.

     After reading the post about the employers at Pelican Communications I was left astounded.  The baffling thing about the post is that the employers there are rude, hostile, and disrespectful.  The matter in which the post refers to has been handled appropriately by management and the employers involved also have their own version of the event.  This happened last year and I do not understand why it is being pursued so heavily.  Pelican Communication is a family oriented store that strives to build personal relationships with each customer, leading to life long trusting customers.  We are very confused as to what the goal at hand is becuase this customer still continues to patronize Pelican Communications on a regular basis.  We at Pelican Communications value our reputation and customes and takes matters like this very seriously.  We would like to take this opportunity to encourage this customer who felt as if he was treated inappropriately to please contact managment again if he feels as if the matter is still unresolved.
