No customer or product service response either by phone or online. Customer service phone support -they NEVER pick up the phone! 3 hours on hold. No live voice. Fake menu support line-no live agents for prodcut support issues. No response to emails. Impossible to contact via national support website or customer support line.

Local sellers refer complaints to bogus national number. No recourse for warrenty failures except suit.
