Pencro Associates lazy liars took my $4K and haven't done anything they promised to do 3 months ago. Ripoff! SOUTH HAMPTON Pennsylvania

Almost 3 months ago, I dealt with Kelly Long, a representative at the company. We reached a settlement agreement on an outstanding credit card account. It was paid via wire withdrawl from the account THAT DAY. I was told I would receive a letter from them telling me this matter was taken care of.

A month later, I got a statement from my credit card company stating I still owed this money. I called Ms Long again and she sighed heavily and said she'd request the information again. Another month goes by and I get another statement from the credit card company thanking me for my payment but now stating I owe an additional $950.00. I called and spoke with one manager who, after hearing my story, transfered me to Kelly's manager, Gary Mills. Mr Mills told me that Kelly was at lunch but he'd look into it when she got back and would call me.

The next day, I called him, since I didn't receive a return call. He said he'd get a letter out in 10 days. I told him the credit card co had only given me 2 weeks and he snapped, "Just tell them to call me," and hung up. I called him back and got his voicemail (what a shock) and told him that 10 days was not good enough - I wanted the letter sent to me overnight mail. This was last Friday - to date I have not heard one word from him.

I just left him another message and will continue to call him hourly until I get my letter. This company should be reported to any and all agencies such as this one - if you type "Pencro" into your search engine you get lists and lists of complaints before you ever find anything else about them. They are liars and cheats and I don't believe Ms Long did her job in the first place... they just took $4000.00 of my money and have not done the one thing they promised to do 3 months ago. Pencro - WHERE IS MY LETTER??!!
