Pendum Bantek West Company firing old employees to save money and hired people to work at a lower rate Corona California

Pendum has been bought out by a new company that is trying to cleanse it's current workforce by firing it's current employees and replacing them with people who are being paid $10 an hour to do the same job. They sent out a letter stating that the new company would not effect current employees hours or wages and that it was a good thing for Pendum.

This is untrue. For the past couple of months they have hired a ton of new people at a lower rate to push out the people that have been working for the company at the average pay rate. Many people have been let go already, however they have been wrongly let go for reasons that the company has either made up or that were never rules until now.

This company is very shady and will only use you and throw you away when they are done with you. There is a lot of favortism going on in the company as well as issues that should be investigated in regards to management conduct and favortism. Beware!!! If you go to work for this company and they claim to give you a sign on bonus, keep in mind that you may only see half of it and at a much later date than agreed upon. Be sure to get the documentation, because this is a lure for them to get you in the door, but they are not interested in paying you the full bonus!
