Called Mikey's to repair espresso machine. They performed basic service and charged over $400. Machine failed and Mikey's was called to fix. They did not respond. Called again and they said they were too busy to check machine. Inquired when they could service machine and they would not give us a date. Not a week. A month. Or even a year. Basically, they said they didn't know when they could come. I the mean time, 50% of the groups on my machine are not working. Productivity cut in half. Worse, the machine was making other noises and leaking water.
Phoned again - left message. No call back. They don't seem to care. Will not use this service again.
