Please be advised that I paid for these books I ordered from Rodale books in full in the amount of $102 and now I'm being harassed constantly by this company Penn Corp for $182. I called Rodale books they nothing about these calls.something seriously needs to be done about these collection agencies. They are rude and nasty and they need to be shutdown completely. I don't like dealing with them cause they close down for fraud and change names all the time.
You make any kind of payments with them they keep your money and they go out of business or just disappear you are still owing a debt to the company and the collection agencies get away with your hard working money.. It's not fair we do have rights and they are being violating by these collection agencies.
I need help with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
