Penn DOT PAY THIS... PENN DOT SAYS AND IT'LL ALL GO AWAY Elverson Pennsylvania

 First of all I am post-concussive. My memory is horrible at this point. Ever since the accident and I was hit from the rear and knocked out nothing can be more worse than having trouble remembering your life. I was 3 hours late on paying my insurance payment. It had lapsed within those three hours a police officer ran my plate on a random check. Seems a little coincidental to me since they got the " I stop" in their cars. 3 hours had past that the insurance a lapsed and a $700 ticket is a little ridiculous. From there a hearing was made and a month later still being very post-concussive with medical issues from a car accident, I forgot to go to the hearing. That was the biggest human error mistake I could have ever done. The next day in the mail there was an imposing sentence there was a bench warrant and the biggest thing there was was a DL 38 for my driver's license. You could not imagine how I felt. I quickly ran there to take care of everything I needed to take care of since I was now found guilty because I was too sick. A very big price to pay for someone that has a loss of memory. I thought everything was okay from that moment on I could not have been more wrong. I had to appeal it and I also paid when I appealed it that very day, meaning on the DL 38 which it tells you pay cost and fines on the oaperwork. Apparently you have to pay something.

Okay now everything is paid so I find out after everything was taken care of a new hearing was scheduled by that time I was pulled over again this time for suspended license. You cannot imagine again how I felt. To make a long story short I was stopped again on a random check and everytime from there on I did not remember that my license was suspended there were two more times after that both random checks. I have been good on road laws for over 20 years give or take. I was never told until 5 months later that the electronic letter sent to PennDOT from the court of *Court of common Pleas was either ignored or never sent The cost and charges are now over 2,000 and more hearings .

PennDOT tells me the other day that if I pay $195 and I sign a Dl-17 that it will all go away. I brought the paperwork to several notaries and they've never even seen that paper before. It's literally telling me to sign something that says I don't own a car. But I do and they know it... Has anyone after ever run across anything like this? I don't what to do or how to fight this. Its not right. I'm on disability and after 20 years, b4 all this went down , I started to try and get off of disability and get a part time job. But no way to get there. Can anyone
