Pennzoil ripoff, failed to honor rebate. Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They advertised a rebate in the form of a $5.00 Shell Gift Card with the purchase of a case of oil. They never sent the rebate. When I called them concerning the matter they just stated "they were out of them, sorry."
This is a clear case of false advertising. I know it was just $5.00. But if they did this to one million people, it's 5 million dollars. I purchased the oil from Pep Boys.

After quite some time, I was surprized by receiving my rebate. So, Pennzoil finally came through.

If you were to look on the form you filled out and sent in I'm sure, VERY SURE, that it said "Quantities Limited". Yeah it's unfortunate that you didn't get your gas card. However reading all the information on the rebate form might have prepared you for this. All offers I've ever seen have either "Limited Time" or "Limited Quantities" or both.
