Pens N More Did not ship quantity of items ordered and then lied about sending the missing items. Hickory Hills Illinois

Pens N More is a seller on Newegg's Marketplace Site among other sites. Advertised 10pk Parker Jotter Black CT Ball Point Pens for $7.99. I was shipped 1 pen with no explanation as to why. Called Pens N More CSR and was told they would ship the missing 9 pens to me at N/C and email me a tracking number. Few hours later a supervisor called to say they were "out of stock" and could not ship the items Instead they would give me a credit for purchase price and let me keep the one pen free. After checking on the website, it turns out the supervisor LIED about the pens being out of stock. They re-listed the same item for a much higher price and items were definitely "In Stock" and ready to order. Called Newegg CSR Supervisor and relayed the entire story to him at which time he made good on the 9 missing pens and shipped them to me at no charge from Newegg's stock. Once again, Newegg saved the day!! not to mention saved the customer. I wish there was a way to make Pens N More pay for THEIR mistake not Newegg, but at least Newegg had the integrity to make it right
