I purchased the Kreepy Krauly pool cleaner to clean my pool automatically.  The pool has a liner.  The product got stuck on a spot and vibrated until it ate a hole in the pool.  I contacted the company.  the demanded pictures and after providing them, said unless I sent back the product (which is large and bulky) they would not even consider my claim.  I gave up and told them I was going to report their behavior, which I doing now.  They know the problem is real, because they saw the pictures and had a local pool guy come and examine the hole.  It cost me about $275 to refill the pool and I incurred further expenses with the problem.  They could care less.  The person who handled it claimed to be in their 'claims department' but in fact was the company lawyer/thug who specializes in sending ponderous legalistic letters to consumers whose lives they have disrupted.
