I would like to share my experience regarding the most horrible employers of my entire existence. If anybody thinks that working for PAYD would contribute to their personal and/or professional growth, they're wrong.

This is the most corrupt and disorganized non-profit I've ever seen and its CEO is an aggressive criminal. He mismanages funds, lies, and treats employees with no respect. His behaviour is often inapproppriate, he drinks heavily and instead of trying to find a solution for problems, he just intimidates and manipulates his way through everything. 

Also, majority of the programs this organization is fundraising for are simply non-existant. It's a fraud, employees get ripped off, money goes missing, it's a very stressful environment to work in and nobody benefits anything from it exept for the uncivilized CEO and his immediate family.
