People' Trust Insurance Company Poor Service Deerfield Beach Florida

I would advise staying away from this company. A company that can't provide customer service probably can't provide reliable protection or claims service either. i received non-stop mailings to get a quote from them. When my current policy came up for renewal I gave them a shot. I went to their website as directed and completed a detailed application with a lot of personal and important information. After all that over 30 minutes, I did not receive a quote. I was told to call and was instructed to call them. I have called several times and have been promised a call back and never received one. I even spoke with the female agent assigned to me and she said she would call back and did not. If I can't get them to return a call to pay them money and sell me insurance what do you think the chances of them returning a call when I have a claim and want to get paid? Screw the claims and ads of companies like this one that tell you how great they are. Judge them on their actions and deeds, not their words and advertising. Their actions have made my decision for me. I am staying with my current insurance company.
