Peoplepc. online I thought I was CANCEL the last two times. Atlanta Georgia

When  I  tryed  to  cancel  that's  when  the  nightmare  started.  I  first  cancelled  my  email  adress  with  them  in  February  2014  I  told  them  that  I  am  going  to  cancel  my  credit  card  and  I  want  to  cancel  completely. 

He  responded  and  he  told  me  that  I  am  cancel  and  gave  me  a  confimation  number.  So  I  though  I  was  cancel.  He  also  offer  me  a  free  month  of  email  service  just  in  case   I  might  wanted  to  go  back  to  them   for  email  services.

I  recieved  two  unnauthoized  charges  to  my  credit  card  in  May  2014.  I  called  again  to  see  what  is  going  on  and  why  I  am  getting  a  bill  from  them  in  all  of  this  time.

And  he  tells  me  that  there  is  no  record  of  me  canceling.  So  I  had  to  cancel  all   over  again  plus  pay  the  new  charges  of  $5.90  to  stop  it  from  going  into  a  collection.So  I  agreed  to  pay  and  this  time  I  thought  I  was  really  cancel.

I  recieved  another  invoice  letter  from  peoplepc  September  2014.  This  time  with  no  hits  to  my  cancel  credit  card,  but  a  notice  stating  that  I  owl  $22.46. 

Now  I  am  fumming  I  called  them  and  once  again  they  are  stating  that  my  cancellation  is  not  in  the   system  and  that  I  would  have  to  cancel  all  over  again. 

So  I  did  again,  I  check  my  email  adress  with  them  and  it  is  closed.   This  time  I  know  what  they  are  doing  and  I  am  keeping  up  with  the  confirmation  number.
