PeopleRecords deceptive lie about charges overcharged ny credit card provided no service RUDE, Internet

 PeopleRecords is a background- check service that 

1)  charged more on my credit card that the quoted price
2)  Provided no service, no results, on a criminal record check that I paid $29 for (the quote was $19 with one free)
 3) Will not respond to my email request for help
4)  The only response I got was an "agent" that was horribly rude, treated my like dirt (I am trying to control my language here, I am angry) and refuses to rescind the credit card charge, made a threat to post another charge if I complain again, like I am harassing them by sending a total of 4 emails.

 They are a genuine rip off outfit. I have never before been so mistreated by a company that I have used this forum to complain about anything. I am glad I found it..it is a good outlet and I hope somebody sees this and uses one of the other background check services, which there are several in the internet, all others being legit. One firm called People Smart, and another called BeenVerified BOTH provided me with the information I needed, for less money at that!

A woman who had been in State Prison for 3 years had told her parole officer she lived at  (I'm not giving the address) but said she lived at my Dad's house and had herself paroled there. My Dad is 90. I needed to find out what her crime was....dope and ID theft. What nerve. I called her PO and got her a*s out of my Dad's house, I stay there 2 weeks a month taking care of him. A doper and thief is the last thing we need there.

 Any, DO NOT use PeopleRecords. You will regret it. Thank You for the forum to say my piece.
