This company offers 3 products, and by purchasing the premium package, titled "Unlimited Access" for one year, you believe that you will be granted access to all the fields or products offered for your one time fee of $40.00, for as many people as you want to do a background (or other type) of check on. When you have paid for your membership, there is a "Important Note" page, which deviously does not explain that each item is additional, even though you have just paid for the premium package!

Then, when you run your first report, say a Background Check, all it returns is the person's addresses. Period. It will say if they are married or not, and value of the home, etc., but nothing else. In order to find out if they are divorced, you have to click into a different area, which starts deducting money from the $40.00 amount you just paid.

Example: Divorce Report - $4.00 (even if there is nothing to report).

Criminal Records: $10.00 (even if there is nothing to report).

Person Report: $30.00 (even if they can't be located).

I purchased the first two products and realized I was being ripped off, so I went immediately and to their contact us dept. and sent them a refund request and filed a dispute with Paypal. All these places that offer free background checks are bogus! Some of them even create boxes that you can't click out of without doing a ctrl alt del!
