Peoples Credit First ripoff consumer fraud Tampa Florida

I received my card in June of 2002. In October of 2002, I tried to get in touch with them by phone, never no answer, just a recording stating that all lines are busy, please tried call later, or leave your name and number and they will return your call, no return call as of this date.

During this period, I also tried to access them online at
www.peoplescreditfirst.com . All I got was screen stating ,

Your Username..Which is supposed to be your account number
Your password..which is supposed to be your name, and each
it stated your are using the wrong password...I know my name

I even send them a letter on November20, 2002, no respond.
I never ordered anything, but I send them $45.00 to join this rip-off, and I want My money back
