I got a letter in the mail for $5,000 credit limit. I could pay $46.00 for normal deliverly or $49.00 for rush deliverly.I sent them money order for $49.00 and i never got the card. I got a copy of my money order and it was cashed. Its been about 2 months. I just want my money back and i had to borrow $49.00 from a friend so i could get the card.
