Peoples Energy Group Mark Concilla Ripoff Galway, New York

Peoples Energy Group was advertising on their web site "discount trash removal' as a benefit if you join their group by paying them $36.00. County Waste was suppose to give the discount. I called Peoples Energy Group and  they confirmed the discount. NOT TRUE - NO DISCOUNT.  County Waste threatened to sue Mark Concilla the owner of Peoples Energy Group if he didn't take the discount off his site.  Concilla was the Building Inspector in Galway New York before being fired for lying on his resume. He was also accused of showing favortisem to a Galway resident convicted of bank fraud.  He is now the Building Inspector in Perth New York.  BEWARE!
