peoples energy group mark concilla Building inspector/scammer galway New York

There has been a lot of publicity regarding Mark Concilla and the Peoples Energy Group and non of it is good. What is curious is after Concilla was fired from his job as the town of Galway's Building Inspector for fabricating information on his resume, the town of Perth under the supervision of Greg Fagan continues to employ him as, what else.....the Building Inspector. Hummmmm?  Now, Concilla uses his position as Building Inspector to recruit the towns people to join his fuel group (peoples energy group). Yes, you get a building permit and a membership to the Peoples energy group, or maybe you don't get a building permit? Something is very wrong with this picture and it needs to be stopped.
