I checked with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and here is what they said: "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s).

Complaints concern consumers receiving letters from the company indicating they have been approved for a credit card. The consumers send in either $45 for regular shipment or $49 for overnight shipment. Consumers complain that they never receive the cards or it comes later than promised.

Other complaints indicate that the consumers were lead to believe through the advertisement that the card was a major credit card, when in fact it is a merchants card. According to information provided by the company, their certificate does not advertise a major credit card, but states that the credit is issued through a credit provider.

On their certificate, the credit provider is stated as Peoples Credit First. The company has also implemented a refund policy which states that if the consumer is dissatisfied, they may return the entire package and receive a refund so long as it is within the thirty day recission period."
