Peoples Health Express (MDHP) Merchant Discount Health Plan Deceptive Business Practices/Fraud Sunrise Florida

This company is the most deceptive, fraudulent company that I have ever come across.  They contact businesses and speak to employees that have no authority to accept new services such as they offer but they subscribe the business to the services anyway.  Once the services are added (to where I have no idea because I never received anything for these supposed services) they begin to bill the business bank account anywhere from $29.95-49.95.  I am told that they “legally” gain access to the business bank account through the merchant service provider.  They hide their identity with the billing by showing as Merchant Services on the bank statement.  This company began calling our retail locations back in 2010.  They called multiple locations and added this fee to five locations.  We did not identify these charges as fraud until recently because of the way it is listed on the bank statement.  They are very good at hiding their identity so that you do not identify their charges.  We recently identified the charges as we closed all of our retail locations and all merchant service accounts associated with these locations.  When we did this, these charges were still appearing on our bank statement.  We have contacted the company and they will not refund any of the $9100 charged over the past six years.  This is a service that I as the owner of this company never asked for or gave authorization for.  No one else in my company would have authorization to accept these services.  On top of that, I have never received anything for these services that they state they offer.  Peoples Health Express has been taking advantage of companies for years and I intend to do everything in my power to disclose who they are and to put a stop to their fraudulent practices.
