You know those car shops...
-Try to make you repair / replace parts even though you don't need to, just to swindle money out of you
-Overcharge customers if they are a woman or if you look like you don't know about cars

Pep Boys is the place.

I went to this Pep Boys Auto Shop to fix an oil leak. The service manager, Erik Senhouse gave me an estimate around $600 to get the job done to replace the broken parts. Later that same night, I came back to pick up the vehicle around 6 pm. The vehicle was not done and Kunga (mechanic assigned to my vehicle) "finished" the job around 9:30 pm. The total invoice came out to $1049.88 with tax and 10% store discount. Unfortunately, I paid because I want to get my vehicle back. Around 6 am next morning, I tried to start the vehicle and it would not start up. Around 5:45 pm after work, I had to call the Pep Boys tow service to come and bring the vehicle back to the local shop because it still did not start after multiple tries. Senhouse did an on-board diagnostics test on the vehicle and lied ther​e were other emissions problems.  The shop did not fix the problem after charging me the $1049.88 and now wants to charge me an additional more money to fix other problems. I had to get this oil leak fixed at another shop which charged me less than half what Pep Boys charged. No issues after.

**Erik Senhouse born ******************************************* 5'9 heavy set Caucasian man with goatee, the manager is very cunning and dishonest. He gives fake estimates and make it seem everything is ok. He also steals property inside vehicles and damages** BEWARE!!!
