Peram realty is a realty company that uses untactful methods to rob us of our hardearned $ he waited 5 months to tell us that he did not recieve a pymnt.in the meantime he charged 10 dollars a day for late fees and sent notice 1 week prior to end of month. tonotify that an outstanding ballance of 1500 dollars was due.when in fact it was mailed and money order reciept was shown to have been bought before the date due.as well as the fact that that was the only and smallest pymnt not recieved in nearly a year.
he wuld not budge and inch he sent eviction notice claiming we had 72 hrs to pay or he would wait til we were gone and lock us out of our house forfieting our property for pymnt twds our late fees.
this guy needs to be prosecuted and i have the means to do so .if you r a victim or no some one please contact me immediately for class action lawsuit.

I am also about to sue Khosrow Sadigan. The house he renTed me has faulty electric and the meter was pulled. It also has rats and plumbing issues. i am willing to help ou in anyway I can.

So you didn't any have a lease? And where living in his house? That is trespassing. You lived in his house and he is the ripoff artist because you couldn't pay you're rent. And if you gave him the $500 how is that theft? And then you lived in his house. So really that $500 wasn't theft, it was to go towards rent. Also don't call someone a rapist if you don't have your facts straight. That's just tacky and rude.

I have been living in Mr. Sadeghian's house for two years now and have never had an issue. Those who are often on here complaining about him "stealing" there money are people who get evicted and have a bone to pick with someone. Have you ever looked at your lease? You must have at some point, I mean I did before I signed A LEGAL DOCUMENT, and sure enough in my lease it states if I don't pay rent on time I get charge late fees. Well lookie here so those charges he was adding aren't the act of a cruel man, it's a business man, going off the lease YOU singed. Also you mean to tell me you went FIVE MONTHS without paying rent, and this man is a thief for telling you to get out? Seriously bro? Pay your rent and you won't find yourself homeless with no money. Oh and one more thing, as far as prosecuting goes, good luck cause if you signed the lease, no court is going to side with you. But hey, all you people keep talking and keep hating on a business man just trying to do his job.
