Perennial UCA Multiplan Chubbs This is an insurance marketing company who does not tell you who your actual insurance is with probably because it hasn't sold you insurance. It does not send you any contract or coverage of benefits and they aren't easy to find on their website. California

This company should not be allowed to do business. They are licenced in CA but they are crooks. They misrepresents themselves as being health insurance when they aren't. Their doctor referals are bogus because the doctors are not taking any new patients and say they don't take the plan. Perennial says in fine print that they are not obligated to keep their website up to date. They will not tell you or send information about what your coverage and benefits are. When I called the California Department of Insurance they said to call the Association of Health Underwriters 800 322 5934 and meet with an local agent in order to find a good insurance company. Also, I suggest that you don't respond to solitations on the internet or in your email. The general public needs to be aware of these ripoff. A family member of mine has lost several hundred dollars to this company with nothing to show for it.
