Perfect Birds Llc Rude, Disrespectful, and Inefficient Business Practices jay Florida

My ex husband works for Perfect Birds in Jay, FL. He has been working there for some time now and all of a sudden his court ordered child support payments stopped coming. I asked him about it and he told me that they were still coming out of his check and that he had check stubs to prove it. All together, $240 was missing.

I called Child Support Enfocement and ws told they were going to suspend his license because they had not recieved the payments either. I called the State Disbursement Unit and was told that only the employer could fix the error that was made (no identfier on the checks) and that they needed to call.

Well, I called Perfect Birds to let them know. I was told that if I had a real job (I am a stay at home mom of 2 and home school my children as well) then maybe I wouldn't be so concerned about child support. I was yelled at and interrupted when I tried to speak. The woman I spoke to was very rude and totally unprofessional. She also told me that if I contacted her again that she would file harrassment charges against me.

This isn't just an isolated case. I know someone who worked there last year and they "lost" one of his court ordered child support payments in the amount of $212.31 and NEVER fixed the error in that instance. When that person called Perfect Birds, they were told,"I'm sick of dealing with this. This is the last time I want to hear about this lost money!" 

This company should be held accountable for its bad business practices and for their mistakes that theyknowingly make and refuse to fix!
