perfect body laser - Patrick took $ 4,800 and did not change anything at all about my face, throat or c-section fatty tissue bayshore New York

on 6/10/13 i made an agreement with Perfect Body.  I was promised that the procedure on my face would totally diminish my crows feet around my eyes as well as rejuvenate my entire face and that this procedure would take 10 months to see full results.  I have seen no results and it has been just over 2 years ago.

I had also consulted about the c-section fatty tissue under the incision and was promised that that area would no longer be a fatty bump, but instead flat.  Again, no results.

I called and spoke with Patrick several times 3 monhts after the first treatment and was told that I needed to wait 10 months for the results.  After  10 months I called Patrick and asked that he call me after 3:30 when I am out of work.  We proceeded to play telephone tag because he only called when I was at work and unable to answer and when i returned his call after work, he was not in the office.  We did finally get to speak a few tiimes and although polite, he did nothing for me except to give yet another  couple of useless and painful treatments which left me again,,,,,with no results. 

I was told by Patrick that there is nothing that can be done for me.  I asked for a refund since I paid for a service and am just the same way I was before receiving the treatments and was told by Patrick that the machines he uses cost alot of money and therefore need to be paid for and that he can not give me anymore of his time or treatments.

I recently scheduled an appointment to get pictures taken of my face and c-section taken for Patrick to examine.  Patrick called me back within a day or two and was angry with me and claimed that there was nothing else he was willing to do and that he would not refund me the money.  I told him that I hope he can sleep at night with the dishonest way he leads his life and he told me that he sleeps just fine.  It was then that I decided to take this up with the Better Business Bureau.

The actual amount I paid was $5500.00  They required $700.00 up front leaving me with a balance of $4800.00. The $4800.00 was financed with Care Credit
