I placed an order for e-juice with these guys and liked what I received. So later I place a larger order with them for the same thing. What I received was different. I contacted them and they told me that my first order I was sent the wrong stuff. They offered to send me the correct e-juice. What I received again was the wrong stuff. I would not have placed that larger order if they had sent me the correct e-juice to begin with.
They told me that they would send the correct e-juice, but never did. When I asked after waiting 2 weeks, they told me that it had been sent out. It was never received. When I inquired again, I was told that I got what I had ordered and the case was closed. I then asked for a refund and they told me no.

Ripoff reversal!

I saw this ripoff report on google search and just had to set things straight. I am a truck driver who has done business with Terry Brazil since 2010.
In the past 5 yrs I have reffered many other drivers to Perfect Electronic Cigarette, not for any financial gain, only because I knoe Terry is a straight shooter and his products are the best quality I have ever found!
Neither myself or the many other drivers I know have ever had any trouble getting our products from PEC or any trouble getting replacements on the rare occasion we get a product that has manufactuer defects.
This guy really goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. It deeply sadens me to see a person who will smear a good honest mans reputation with a dishonest claim like this!
And now I am off to make my order to Perfect Electronic Cigarettes, thank you for your time and consideration!

I recall the problems we had with this customer as it is the only time this has happened.
We offer over 300 flavors so we do have some overlap in our flavors. For instance their kight be two different kinds of banana, one that tastes like a banana candy, and another that tastes like a fresh banana. So we understand how customers can get mixed up.
On this occasion the customer ordered a bottle of eliquid that costs around $50. A few days after it arrived they sent in a support ticket saying it was the wrong flavor. Even though our Terms Of Service clearly state that we do not refund or replace eliquid we sent them another bottle without asking for them to return the original, thinking that their was a possability that we did something wrong.
Almost a week later the customer contacted us again saying that it was still not the roght flavor. So my shop manager told the customer that they might of been sent the wrong flavor the first time so we sent out yet another free bottle of eliquid in a similar flavor.
Yet again the customer contacted us, this time saying that they have not recieved the package. After checking the tracking number and seeing that it said the package was delivered we told the customer that we where sorry and we could not help them with their problem any more. The customer then wanted us to refund them for their order after being sent out 3x what they ordered and not having to send one drop back.
For those not fermiliar with eliquid it is a consumable product that cannot be resold once sent out. It would be like ordering a very expensive block of cheese on the internet, saying it did not taste like they thought it should and asking for another block of cheese to be sent out for free, then doing it again because it still did not taste right. We should of stuck to our Terms Of Service in this case. :(
