Perfect Image Aesthetic Center Kevin Butler doesn't communicate with clients and refuses to give out refunds to unfulfilled treatments you have paid in full. Las Vegas Nevada

I am a custormer of Perfect Image Aesthetic Center located in 5568 S. Fort Apache Rd. 89148. I had an overall bad experience with this company and the company owner Kevin Butler. No one ever answers the establishment's phoneline, sometimes it rings and other times I will be put straight to a pre-recorded voicemail. Voicemails are never returned. Emails too are never responded to. Not even the company website's contact submissions. I have emailed both the company's email as well as the business owner himself.

When I was finally able to get into touch with Kevin Butler, he first lied saying he called me and left a voicemail. I did not recieve either or. When on a phone call with him I said I no longer wanted to continue any serivices with him because of the lack of communication and not seeing any results and would like a refund. He then stated he was in the middle of a lawsuit with a company that handles all phone calls. However that does not explain all the unanswered emails I have sent. So he lied in order for me to feel sypathetic towards him.

After a couple weeks I recieved no email back or phonecalls, I start trying to get back into touch with him and any staff member at Perfect Image Aesthetic Center all over again. So then I left a voicemail stating I would be dropping by the establishment to get more information. The women in the front office had informed me that there are no staff member available from Perfect Image. also bringing to my attention that all the files have been emptied out. So I was not able to get a copy of any of my paperwork. There was basically no more Perfect Image. I then emailed Kevin Butler stating that he had scammed me from my money. No refund was or will ever be given back to me. It must have upsetted him because he then comments on my "clouded judgement". He said he would provide me with copies of everything I had signed. He has yet to fulfill what he stated. 

I have purchased both a groupon of $153.00 for 6 sessions that was ultimately cut to 3 sessions by the tech with no additional information to why she had done so, and I have also purchased an additional 8 sessions for a hefty price of $1250.00. I should have had a total of 11 sessions. They have only fulfilled 6 out of 11 and no results. No inches on my waist was lost. I've had appointments on the following dates 5/31, 6/13, 6/20, 6/21, 6/23, 6/28 of 2018. All false advertisement as well. All photos on their website and social media do not belond to them, they are all pulled from google images. I paid for 60 minute sessions as stated in all sites and even in person, but each time I have only recieved 37-40min of treatment instead. Their website has been changed to 45minutes for each session. You will not get what you paid for. 

Perfect Image Aesthetic Center is a perfect example of poor business practices and frauduelent behavior. Kevin Butler had malicious intent to take my money then suddenly close his business without notifying a paying customer as myself. Kevin Butler scammed me by not fulfilling any other treatment and my right to a refund that was asked for. I have been lied to at almost every single encounter with this company. They will not do what they will promise, they will also take your money without any further treatments to be fulfilled. No refund has been given back. He said he would call (which he has not) to come to a satisfactory mutual agreement. That was a lie, this business is a scam, frauduelent behavior, no interest in making amends to satisfy a paying customer with what was asked for.
